Project Management is essentially the complete planning, control and co-ordination of a project from inception to completion. Whether appointed as a standalone service, or part of a multi-discipline team, we work with our clients across residential, commercial, education and healthcare projects to help define the project scope and the key objectives with regards to time, cost, quality and risk.

Our experience in project management is both from the client side (private and public) and the contractor side, fulfilling the roles of a Lead Designer, Principal Designer, Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Employers Agent on many different projects.

Project Management is often combined with our Architectural Services to provide a complete package which gives a natural flow to any project. We work closely with a number of sub-consultants such as Structural Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and Landscape Architects and can provide the full design and management package for our clients. However, we can also be flexible in our approach and can assist in a project as much or little as required.

We can guide our clients through all of the stages involved, including making the initial inspection, advising on the extent of work needed, preparing a specification and detailed drawings, assisting with the selection of contractors, advising on an appropriate procurement route, preparing and analysing tenders and preparing contract documentation. Throughout the course of the works we can monitor the works, prepare valuations for interim payments to the contractor and agree a final account with the contractor upon completion of the work.

Our knowledge of Planning Legislation, Building Regulations and Party Wall Legislation combined with our technical and contractual knowledge and experience, ensure that we can give our clients the best advice and minimise the potential for costly delays and disruptions.
