The brief
Stock condition surveys across L&Q’s London homes: over 2,600 surveys completed in 2025, recording asset data and repair information and assessing HHSRS hazards, including damp and mould.
Constraints
- Occupied homes across all London areas, with access arranged around residents
- Data to be delivered in L&Q’s agreed format for direct upload to their asset management system
- Damp and mould hazards to be flagged and acted on within Awaab’s Law timescales
- Weekly delivery batches, validated before upload
Our role
Survey programme management, on-site digital data capture by our surveyors, HHSRS hazard assessment and data validation, reported through our Project Portal so the client could see progress as it happened.
Outputs
- Element-by-element condition data per home
- HHSRS hazard assessments, with damp and mould flagged for immediate action
- Photographs and repair information
- Weekly validated data batches in the client’s format
Result
Over 2,600 homes surveyed in the year, with data delivered in weekly batches and damp and mould hazards flagged for immediate action so they could be dealt with inside Awaab’s Law timescales.
