Tell us about the building. We confirm what we will do, what you will receive and the fee, in writing, before anyone visits.
A surveyor visits, records the building with photographs and measurements, and looks for causes rather than symptoms.
You get a clear report, award or set of drawings with next steps. If the work goes ahead, we can design, tender and manage it.
