Working with schools and trusts
We have designed and delivered school buildings for many years: new teaching blocks, sports halls and kitchens, nursery and reception extensions, and remediation programmes including RAAC. Much of this work has been for Thurrock Council’s schools — St Cleres, East Tilbury and Corringham among them — and for academy trusts across Essex and the South East.
We are used to working on live school sites: programmes planned around term dates and exams, site rules agreed with the head and business manager, and plain-English reporting to governors and trustees. Where a project needs funding, we assemble the condition evidence, costed scope and drawings that assessors expect to see.
