Private clients
Party wall notices and awards, planning and building regulations drawings, defect and damp investigations and licences to alter — for homeowners, leaseholders, landlords and small developers.

Our experience
Working with homeowners and landlords
Most private clients come to us for one of three things: a party wall matter, drawings for an extension or new home, or a building problem that needs a proper diagnosis before anyone spends money on it. We act on party wall matters for building owners and adjoining owners every week, and our drawings have taken extensions, loft conversions and new-build homes through planning and Building Regulations across Essex and London.
You will speak to a surveyor, not a call centre. Fees come from our published Schedule of Fees and are confirmed in writing before we start, and the report, award or drawings you receive are written for the person who has to act on them.
Clients include
