Danny Alderton

Danny founded the practice in January 2000 and has close to four decades of experience in residential and commercial property for councils and housing associations across London and Essex, including Thurrock, Waltham Forest, Enfield, Westminster and Essex County Council.

He is an experienced expert witness, preparing CPR Part 35 compliant reports for housing disrepair and defective workmanship claims, and has acted as CDM co-ordinator and Principal Designer on numerous projects as a member of the Association for Project Safety.

A member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors since 2005, Danny continues to handle party wall matters and disrepair instructions for the practice.
