Local authorities

Condition surveys, defect investigation and project delivery for councils, ALMOs and council-owned housing companies — with the procurement paperwork and reporting that public bodies need.

Stucco-fronted terrace on West Street, Westminster, surveyed for Westminster City Council

Our experience

Working with councils

We have worked for local authorities across London and Essex for more than two decades, from condition surveys of council homes and conservation-area terraces for Westminster City Council to a long-running programme of school expansion projects for Thurrock Council, and a mixed-use library and housing scheme for Essex Housing.

We understand how councils buy and report: frameworks and quotations, CDM duties, Section 20 consultation for leaseholders, and progress reporting that stands up at committee. We are Constructionline registered, CHAS accredited and ISO 9001 and 14001 certified, and our work is surveyor-led from first call to final report, with chartered oversight.

Clients include

  • Westminster City Council
  • Thurrock Council
  • Essex Housing
  • Sutton Housing Partnership
