Luke Moxham

Luke joined Alderton Associates in 2021 with a first-class honours degree in building surveying and post-qualification experience at a local practice.

He is a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and a qualified Retrofit Coordinator, and brings his knowledge of low-carbon design and specification to the practice’s housing and school work.

Luke carries out stock condition surveys, damp and mould inspections and party wall schedules of condition, and advises on retrofit measures for landlords planning energy improvements.
